Quiana’s fierce femininity and strong spirit will allow you to feel the joy of motion like you’re on stage with Beyoncé. When Quiana's not going ham on the dance floor, she's working full-time at the Middle East and Africa Center at the U.S. Institute of Peace. Warrior goddess, people, we're telling you! Quiana’s class is all about inner strength, resilience, and fun-for-f*ck’s sake. So when you come, come ready to party anddd put in work. Quiana knows how to werk the crowd and pull a lil somethin-somethin out of everybody, so don’t be surprised if you find yourself ‘feelin’ yaself’ more than usual. This soulful-yet-spicy woman will give you an energy-packed class that’ll leave you drenched in sweat and with a huge smile on your face.

Meet Tori – this pint-sized Rockette wannabe serves up positive vibes, for real! She is a genuinely happy person who always sees the good in people. Her big smile and can-do attitude will encourage you to push yourself in this 55-minute killer class. Tori is a DMV native and graduated from UMD with a degree in Economics and Spanish. Tori started dancing when she was 2 years old (in case you don’t know what that looks like, that is really…really…small). Her girly-girl glitter fun makes you feel like you’re at one helluva slumber party with your best friends. But fret not: she’s not just sugar, spice and errythang nice. When Tori cracks the whip in class, her fierce side comes out to play in a palpable way. Her first AIM screenname was ZestyItaliano after all.

What to expect from her class: slumber party fun, positive can-do attitude, and a whole lotta spunk.

Danielle G.


Get ready to show up and turn up cuz this queen is having a moment. Oh yes, you betta believe. Danielle's class is a 55-minute schooling in hype, boys and girls. She will whip you into shape with her full-the-f*ck-out moves and contagious go-hard attitude. Yes, kids. It's lit. Not in the mood for all-work-no-play? No problem. This girl is funnnyyy as f*ck. Like, really, really funny. It's like you're sweating bullets and also taking class with Amy Schumer at the same time. Originally from a small New Jersey town, Danielle broke out to the District, and her flava and big-city sense of humor cannot be contained. Danielle graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in English and Information Science (but she always wonders what her life would be like had she gone to Rutgers). By day, Danielle works as a systems analyst for an IT firm. By night, Danielle teaches Insanity, Zumba, ((305)) and drinks unlimited amounts Pinot Grigio.

What to expect from her class: some down-n-dirty flava, contagiously big moves, and a big dose of hilarious.

Juli L.

Check your inhibitions at the door. Juli Lawless -- for realz, "Lawless" is her birth name -- is the perfect instructor to coach you through a heart-pounding, ass-kicking workout. Juli has been teaching fitness since 2008 and has developed a die-hard following in D.C.’s fitness and dance scenes. And when Juli's not teaching fitness and pounding the pavement like a maniac, she's kicking ass and taking names at her full-time job as a rocket scientist (for serious, yo, she is a f*cking aerospace engineer). Her fun-loving, feel-good attitude is totally contagious. But don’t be fooled by her welcoming energy and approachable aura. When this woman means business, she is one tough chick. She’ll deliver a hot, hot, hot workout and help coach you through wild, high-intensity sprints with a can-do ’tude. Juli is that rare breed of instructor who is warm yet tough, focused yet friendly, upbeat yet grounded. Juli will create a safe space for you to experiment, let loose, and carpe the mother effin diem.

What to expect from her class: a judgement-free zone and a supportive coaching style that will help you conquer even the toughest workout.

305 Basics? Don't get it twisted, yo. Ain't no basic bitches in here. This class winds down the tempo a bit, but you're still sweating like crazy in this 55-minute non-stop workout. Ideal for beginners or those who are looking for a more moderately paced class, this cardio class has the same wild party energy of ((305)) Arms and ((305)) Legs, but teaches more movement fundamentals, so you can get into the ((305)) groove. We highly recommend this class to try out as your first.
