With an uncanny joie de vivre and wild sense of humor, Byron is the first to let loose on the dance floor at a party. This fly fella is famous for his smile-and-sweat inducing workouts. Warning: laugh too hard in his class and Gatorade will squirt outta your nose. No judgment around here. Nuh-uh. Byron is pure love and humor and will make you feel 100% comfortable in class. Byron has toured internationally as a dancer with stars like Mya. In Washington, D.C., he works as a performer, hip hop choreographer, fitness instructor, and kids’ dance teacher. Byron’s contagious energy and sense of humor will have you moving at 100 miles an hour and smiling so hard, you’ll forget you’re even working.

What to expect from his class: outrageous jokes, non-stop groovin’, and the vibe of a real dance party.

Sadie K.

Sadie Kurzban, a native of Miami, created the 305 method to help bring the party of South Beach to the universe of fitness. Kurzban is certified by numerous fitness and health organizations including the American Heart Association (AHA),
the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and Mad Dogg Athletics.

Dionne E.


The way you do anything is the way you do everything. And with Dionne, she gives dynamite every damn time. As a dancer, Dionne’s passionate intensity and full-the-f*ck-out moves will light up the room. After graduating from Elon University with a B.F.A. in Musical Theater, Dionne quickly received performing contracts as a Show Captain on Nickelodeon & Norwegian Cruise Lines and as a performing artist and tour manager with Step Afrika! Born and raised in ATL, this Southern Kween recently landed in New York City to continue her performing career. You’ll be inspired watching Dionne move with such power and grace. She’ll have you sweating from head to toe with her electric, explosive style. When she moves, she is pure heart and soul. You’ll see her singing, laughing, and freely expressing as she leads the room with confidence and power. And while Dionne commands the crowd with strength, cracking jokes and putting on one helluva show, this firecracker has a real grounded approach too. Dionne has got your back with a controlled intensity and an absolute determination to helping you find your best self. Expect tears of joy when it’s over. Dionne will deliver a kick-ass, non-stop workout that’s still got you laughing and singing the whole time.

Get ready to show up and turn up cuz this queen is having a moment. Oh yes, you betta believe. Danielle's class is a 55-minute schooling in hype, boys and girls. She will whip you into shape with her full-the-f*ck-out moves and contagious go-hard attitude. Yes, kids. It's lit. Not in the mood for all-work-no-play? No problem. This girl is funnnyyy as f*ck. Like, really, really funny. It's like you're sweating bullets and also taking class with Amy Schumer at the same time. Originally from a small New Jersey town, Danielle broke out to the District, and her flava and big-city sense of humor cannot be contained. Danielle graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in English and Information Science (but she always wonders what her life would be like had she gone to Rutgers). By day, Danielle works as a systems analyst for an IT firm. By night, Danielle teaches Insanity, Zumba, ((305)) and drinks unlimited amounts Pinot Grigio.

What to expect from her class: some down-n-dirty flava, contagiously big moves, and a big dose of hilarious.
